How to Use the Withings Activité Sapphire Smartwatch

Getting Started

1. Install the Withings Health Mate app on your smartphone or tablet.

2. Open the app and create a new account or log in to your existing Withings account.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your Activité Sapphire with your device via Bluetooth.

Using the Smartwatch

1. To check the time, simply look at the watch face. The traditional analog display shows the time with hour, minute, and second hands.

2. The dial on the watch face tracks your progress towards your daily step goal. Aim to complete the circle by staying active throughout the day.

3. When you receive a call or a text message on your smartphone, the Activité Sapphire will vibrate and display a notification on the small dial.

4. The watch also serves as a sleep tracker. Wear it overnight and sync it with the app in the morning to see details about your sleep cycles.

Recharging the Smartwatch

1. The Activité Sapphire has a rechargeable battery that lasts up to 8 months.

2. The battery can be recharged using the included USB cable. Connect one end to the watch and the other end to a USB power source.

3. While charging, a small battery icon will appear on the watch face to indicate the progress.

4. It takes approximately 2 hours to fully recharge the smartwatch’s battery.
