How to Use Klick-Vinyl Trecor® Klick Vinylboden RIGID 3.2 Massivdiele

• Start by preparing the subfloor: Make sure the subfloor is clean, dry, and level. Remove any existing flooring if necessary.
• Measure the room: Measure the length and width of the room to determine how much flooring you will need. Add 5-10% extra for cuts and waste.
• Acclimate the flooring: Leave the boxes of flooring in the room where they will be installed for at least 48 hours to allow them to acclimate to the room’s temperature and humidity.
• Install underlayment: If required, install the appropriate underlayment according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Start laying the first row: Begin at one corner of the room and lay the first plank with the tongue facing the wall. Use spacers to maintain a consistent gap between the plank and the wall.
• Continue laying the planks: Connect the next plank to the previous one by angling it towards the installed plank and clicking it into place. Use a tapping block and a mallet to ensure a tight fit.
• Cut planks when necessary: Measure and cut the planks to fit around obstacles like doorways or vents using a utility knife or a saw.
• Install the last row: Trim the planks to fit if needed, leaving a 1/4 inch expansion gap between the planks and the wall. Use a pull bar and a hammer to connect the last row to the previous rows.
• Finish the installation: Install any necessary transition pieces and trim. Remove the spacers and enjoy your new Klick-Vinyl Trecor® Klick Vinylboden RIGID 3.2 Massivdiele floor!
