Usage Instructions for SIHOO Ergonomic Office Chair

• Assembly:

  1. Open the box and take out all the parts.

  2. Follow the assembly instructions provided by SIHOO, including attaching the base, backrest, armrests, and casters.

  3. Make sure all screws and bolts are securely tightened.

• Adjusting the Chair:

  1. Sit on the chair and adjust the seat height by pulling up or pushing down the lever located underneath the seat.

  2. Adjust the backrest angle by using the backrest adjustment lever located at the side of the chair.

  3. Adjust the armrests by pushing the armrest adjustment buttons located on the sides of the armrests.

  4. The chair also features lumbar support adjustment and seat depth adjustment. Follow the instructions provided by SIHOO to adjust these features.

• Proper Sitting Posture:

  1. Sit with your back against the backrest, ensuring your lower back is supported by the lumbar support.

  2. Adjust the chair height so that your feet are flat on the ground and your knees are at a 90-degree angle.

  3. Keep your elbows at a 90-degree angle and your forearms parallel to the ground by adjusting the armrests.

  4. Take regular breaks and stretch to avoid prolonged sitting.

• Cleaning and Maintenance:

  1. Regularly clean the chair with a soft cloth and mild cleaning solution.

  2. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the chair’s materials.

  3. Check and tighten all screws and bolts periodically to ensure the chair remains stable.
