How to use the BLUREA Battery-powered Grease Gun 12V 400 bar

• Step 1: Preparation

Ensure that the battery is fully charged and properly installed in the grease gun. Make sure you have the appropriate grease cartridge ready for use.

• Step 2: Loading the Grease Cartridge

To load the grease cartridge, unscrew the cap or remove the bottom cover of the grease gun. Insert the cartridge into the gun, making sure it aligns with the gun’s plunger. Close the cap or replace the bottom cover securely.

• Step 3: Priming the Grease Gun

Before using the grease gun, you need to prime it. To do this, operate the pump or trigger a few times until you see grease coming out of the nozzle.

• Step 4: Attaching the Nozzle

Choose the appropriate nozzle for your application and attach it securely to the grease gun’s nozzle fitting. Make sure it is tightened properly to prevent any leaks.

• Step 5: Greasing the Equipment

To grease the equipment, place the nozzle against the grease fitting and press the trigger or pump handle. Apply enough pressure to ensure that the grease flows smoothly into the fitting.

• Step 6: Cleaning and Maintenance

After using the grease gun, clean the nozzle and wipe off any excess grease from the gun’s body. Store the grease gun in a dry and secure place to prevent any damage or contamination.
